What are Circles?
Circles are an opportunity to come together with a small group to practice guided gratitude journaling. During each Circle a Waveflow leader offers a short meditation, we all say hi, and then the leader offers gratitude journaling prompts up to the group. Participants are encouraged to share with one another.

I had a change of plans, how far in advance can I cancel my spot in a circle?
We keep the circles capped at a small groups. Please cancel your spot at least 48 hours in advance so we can open up your spot for another person.
Are circles group therapy?
No, circles are not group therapy. The majority of our leaders have training in modalities such as meditation, yoga, and group retreats. If you are looking for trauma-informed therapy resources, check out Two Chairs, Talkspace or Physchology Today.

Retail FAQ
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 continental United States. Email us at hello@waveflowapp.com if you'd like to see Waveflow in your area.
Can I cancel or modify my retail clothing or accessory order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. This includes adjustments to size, color, or any other changes to the item that was ordered.
Can I get a refund for merchandise purchased at a discount or during a sale?
There are no refunds or exchanges for merchandise purchased at a discount. All sales are final for merchandise purchased with a coupon code or during any sales events. All items marked final sale may not be returned.
Can I get a refund for merchandise purchased at full price?
Refunds are available for full price merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase, unopened, unwashed, with tags attached, as long as the item is not marked as final sale. The seller is responsible for return shipping & handling fees with a 5% deduction for processing fees. Email hello@waveflowapp.com to initiate a return.
Need to make a return?
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unwashed and unworn with tags still on. Was this item a gift? You can still return! We just need the full receipt to issue the return. Upon return, please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return to process & inspect, before a refund is issued to your original payment method.
When will I get my order? Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location.
Where will my order ship from? We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company!
Will I be charged customs for my order? An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@waveflowapp.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@waveflowapp.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@waveflowapp.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
